RuralEdge‘s Revolving Loan Fund is designed to assist low-income homeowners in making necessary health, safety, and accessibility repairs that will improve their quality of living by providing them with a low-interest loan.
Potential Qualifying Repairs Include:
- Septic Tank
- Leaking Roof
- Foundation Repair
- Installation of Handicapped Ramp and/or Grab Bars
- Healthy and Safety Issues, Such as Lead Paint Deterioration
To qualify for a home repair loan, home owners must be a resident of Caledonia, Orleans or Essex county, and meet certain income requirements.
